CAHDD Watermark Manager v1.1 CAHDD.org
What This Script Does
CAHDD Watermark Manager applies CAHDD stage watermarks or custom watermark graphics to images directly inside Photoshop.
It supports single image processing (current open file), batch processing of entire folders, JPG, PNG, and layered PSD output, and a non-destructive workflow where original files are never modified.
Installation
Download the script file named CAHDD_Watermark_Manager_v1.1.jsx
Place it in your Photoshop Scripts folder
Windows location C:FilesPhotoshop [version]

Mac location Applications/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Presets/Scripts/
Restart Photoshop
Run the script from File → Scripts → CAHDD Watermark Manager v1.1
If you do not install it in the Scripts folder, you can run it from File → Scripts → Browse and select the JSX file manually
Recommended Watermark Setup
Place watermark files in a folder you can easily select
For CAHDD stage mode, use the following file names
CAHDD0.png CAHDD1.png CAHDD2.png CAHDD3.png CAHDD4.png CAHDD5.png CAHDDX.png
Recommended format is PNG with transparent background, approximately 1024 pixels wide, in sRGB color space
Custom watermark files are also supported and can be selected directly from the folder
How to Use
Step 1 — Choose Processing Mode
Select Current Open Image to process a single open file
Select Batch Folder to process all images in a directory
Step 2 — Select Watermark Folder
Choose the folder containing your CAHDD stage files or custom watermark graphics
Step 3 — Batch Mode Only
Choose the Source Image Folder containing the images you want to process
Step 4 — Output Options
If no output folder is selected, the script saves the watermarked files beside the original images
If a custom output folder is selected, files are saved there
If the default option is enabled, the script creates a folder named CAHDD_Output inside the source folder
Step 5 — Watermark Options
Choose either CAHDD Stage Watermark or Custom Watermark File
Select the stage or custom file
Set placement using Bottom Right, Bottom Left, Top Right, Top Left, or Center
Adjust size as a percentage of image width, opacity, and padding
Step 6 — Export Settings
Choose JPG, PNG, or PSD
PSD keeps the watermark on its own editable layer
Set filename suffix, default is _CAHDD
Adjust JPG quality if using JPG output
Step 7 — Run
Click Run to process the image or batch
Preview Behavior
In Current Open Image mode, the script saves a watermarked copy and leaves a preview open in Photoshop while the original remains unchanged
When closing the preview, choose No or Don’t Save because the file has already been saved
In Batch mode, the script processes all images automatically and opens a small sample set for preview so you can inspect the results without opening every file
When closing preview images, choose No or Don’t Save
Key Notes
Original files are never modified
All outputs are new files
PSD output preserves the watermark as an editable layer
Custom watermark support allows use beyond CAHDD stages
